Paid and nothing came out, points missing, cannot sign in: tell us and we sort it out.

Paid, nothing came out
The machine reports every failed delivery to us. Send the order code (or the machine number and time) and we credit the points or arrange a refund, usually the same day.
Points did not arrive
Points land only when your number was typed before paying and the product was delivered. If you paid without your number, send the order code and we attribute it.
Forgot the PIN
If your profile has an email, use forgot PIN. Otherwise send a request here and we set a temporary PIN with you.
Changing number
Ask here with both numbers; points, history and vouchers move with you.
